Returns Policy
Returns
This policy is effective for all online purchases made through Cosmab.com from November 06, 2023.
If you are not completely satisfied with a COSMAB purchase or gift for any reason, COSMAB welcomes you to return new products only for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned with 30 days of purchase.
To be accepted for return, items must be in their original packaging and completely unopened. If the item or the item’s packaging has been opened, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept it for return or exchange and no refund will be provided.

COSMAB monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at COSMAB’s discretion. If a return is not approved by COSMAB for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. We may also ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.
Exchanges
If for any reason, you prefer your item to be exchanged with another product sold on the website, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@cosmab.com.
Refunds
Once your return item has been approved by our Customer Service Department, you will be able to send us your return item using the appropriate return label provided.
A refund will be then issued automatically to your original order’s form of payment less the return label cost for your return once your item has reached our warehouse and your return item has been verified and validated by our return department.
If a return has directly been shipped to us without any prior approval and is not approved by COSMAB for any reason, the item may not be returned to you and no refund will be provided.
