Shipping and Delivery Times
Continental US
COSMAB offers Free Standard Shipping 5-7 Days on all U items orders with no minimum purchase required for our members only. All other Customer checkout orders receive Free Standard Shipping 5–7 days with $59.00 minimum purchase.
Carrier charges will be automatically applied to all Premium 2-Business Day and Express 1-Business Day Shipping options.
All orders made through Standard Shipping to Continental US locations are generally delivered within 5 to 7 days (depending on location) after online order is placed and payment received.
Guaranteed Premium 2-Business Day and Express 1-Business Day shipping orders made before 12:00 pm Cut-Off-Time (PST) are delivered 2 or 1-Business Day after online order is placed and payment received. Orders received after 12:00 pm Cut-Off-Time (PST) will be shipped the next business day.
eGift cards are automatically emailed to recipients free-of-charge.

PO Boxes
For orders made through PO Boxes destinations, shipments are automatically made through our Standard Shipping 5-7 days. If your order contains restricted items, you must choose USPS Ground and may experience longer than usual standard transit times. Also, orders through PO Boxes may not be delivered on weekends.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses are currently offered through our Standard Shipping. However, due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. COSMAB regrets that we are unable to ship restricted items or offer any expedited shipping to APO/FPO/DPO or Military Addresses.

Other shipping information
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are not able to ship items to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need items to be shipped to different locations, we highly recommend placing separate orders for each address.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use services of a Parcel Forwarding Company, we are not liable for any damage, defect or loss that occurs. We also do not offer any refunds or replacements for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to such Parcel Forwarding Company. Any order that has been placed with delivery to a Parcel Forwarding Company is always considered at your own risk. COSMAB is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and/or items. If you are using such a Parcel Forwarding Company in order to forward your shipment to any other destination that you have not provided upfront to COSMAB while on checkout and where the recipient is located, whatever domestic or international, you fully understand that the shipment forwarded to you/and or your recipient to this final destination by such forwarding service company is being made at your own risk. You also fully understand that it must follow transportation guidelines to be shipped to such a destination. COSMAB is not responsible for any shipment re-shipped to another destination which we never were informed when you placed the order.
International Orders
Currently, COSMAB regrets that we are not able to sell our products to international destinations or any foreign countries.
Business Days and Holidays
COSMAB ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding Federal and Nevada State Holidays within the United States.
Based on the shipping method selected during checkout, if the order is being placed after the cut-off-time, it will automatically be processed on the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US Holidays:

Multiple Shipments
To better serve our customers, we monitor our inventory in real time from our warehouse located in Las Vegas, Nevada and all our items are normally immediately available and on stock. Your order will be automatically shipped in one shipment and your credit card will be automatically charged for the total amount as indicated during checkout (including items, shipping and handling, and local sales taxes). However, if despite our efforts, one or some of your item(s) was(were) not available, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated delivery date for the(these) item(s). You will be offered the possibility to keep your order current if you agree with the new estimated delivery date. Other items on your order will be shipped immediately and out-of-stock item(s) you agreed to be delivered later will be shipped separately. If, however, you decide to cancel any delayed item(s), your credit card will be automatically refunded for such canceled item(s) requested.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation notice to your email. Our email will contain shipment details, tracking number and link to the shipping carrier’s website allowing you to follow your shipment from our warehouse to your destination. Estimated delivery date will also be provided in real-time until the shipment reaches its destination. Risk of loss is then automatically transferred from COSMAB to you when your order is delivered to you accordingly. This transfer of title does not affect the returns policy available on our website.
